Humanzlab is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, support employees, and serve as a key point of contact for client coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong professional relationships, and has a solid background in human resources administration and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day human resources operations and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, and HR administrative processes.
- Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and other HR programs.
- Partner with clients to address HR-related concerns, provide updates, and ensure seamless communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to support client needs and maintain high-quality service.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance documentation, and support audits as needed.
- Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience coordinating with clients or managing client relationships is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
