What You’ll Do-
Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment, including Vertical Milling Center, Waterjet systems, and 3-axis Gantry machines

Develop, prototype, and modify 3D models and toolpaths to optimize machining processes

Write, adjust, and optimize G-code to ensure smooth and precise machining

Troubleshoot machining errors, programming challenges, and equipment issues to improve efficiency

Design and fabricate custom fixtures to ensure material stability during machining

Collaborate with the production, design, and quality teams to align on project goals; Inspect and test parts to meet strict quality standards
What You Bring-
5+ years of experience programming and operating CNC VMCs, with a deep understanding of G-code (HAAS experience preferred)

Certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or a related field

Experience with 3-axis Gantry machines like Waterjets and Techno routers

Proficiency in CAD/CAM (Autodesk Inventor, Aspire/Carve) software for creating and modifying machining programs

Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality custom work

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Ability to operate manual machines (e.g., Bridgeport) is a plus
