LifeSpring is seeking a Program Manager to oversee an Assisted Outpatient Treatment program, which works with patients who have been Court ordered to adhere to treatment recommendations. This project will serve Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, and Dubois counties in Indiana. This position will provide clinical and strategic oversight of a federally funded project, ensuring required program activities are completed and program services maintain fidelity. Responsibilities include overseeing all program staff, working directly with local court systems, implementing evidence-based practices (EBPs), and tracking and reporting program metrics to SAMHSA. The position requires a Master's degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field, Public Health, or Public Administration. The preferred candidate will be a licensed (or license-eligible in the State of Indiana) behavioral health clinician with experience working in or directly with justice systems.
