Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and other equipment to identify issues or potential failures.
- Perform water chemistry balancing by testing chemical levels and adjusting treatments using proper handling techniques for chemical agents.
- Clean pools thoroughly by skimming debris, brushing surfaces, vacuuming floors, and maintaining water clarity.
- Troubleshoot pool equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements using hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical treatments, repairs, and maintenance activities using a company-provided software.
- Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about pool conditions and maintenance needs.
- Other related job functions as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualities in Addition to Requirements:
- Prior experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred, but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry balancing techniques to ensure safe and clean water quality, is preferred but otherwise can be taught.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately follow chemical handling procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operation of company vehicles.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,100.00 per week
