The Pet Sitting Company is a locally owned, professional pet care business providing in-home pet sitting and dog walking services. Our clients trust us with their homes and their beloved pets, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We are currently seeking dependable, responsible pet sitters to join our team.
What This Job Looks Like
- Dog walking and drop-in visits
- Feeding, fresh water, litter box care, and basic pet care
- Administering medications when needed (oral/topical)
- Following detailed care instructions
- Traveling to clients’ homes throughout Benton County
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and management
This position requires reliability, time management, and comfort working independently.
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual — pets rely on you
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with internet access
- Comfortable working in clients’ homes
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Availability for some weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check
Pet care experience is preferred but not required for the right person.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time, flexible scheduling
- Expected range: 10–25 hours per week
- Pay based on experience and availability
- Paid training provided
