Job Title: Technician
Schedule: Days vary but all shifts available:
7am - 3:30pm (Day )
3pm–11:30pm (Swing )
11pm - 7:30 am (Graveyard)
Reports To: Program Manager
Job Summary: The Technician is responsible for performing a comprehensive set of routine activities that support the recovery and safety of clients. The Technician is tasked with monitoring and supervising clients in their daily programs to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Work Environment: The Teen Project Inc., operates Vera’s Sanctuary, serving human-trafficked, at-risk, addicted, and homeless young women in Orange County. We provide drug treatment at no cost to the recipient through the support of the Department of Public Health, Orange County Health agency, gracious donors, and other applicable funding sources. Vera’s Sanctuary for Women is an innovative center that combines drug treatment, education, housing, and workforce development.
Cultural Competency and Diversity: Demonstrate competency in understanding policies, procedures, practices, and organizational infrastructure to support the delivery of culturally and linguistically sensitive and appropriate healthcare services where culture is broadly defined.
Minimum qualifications:
RADT, registered drug and alcohol technician, with CCAPP, or similar Accreditor
Valid California driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
First Aid/CPR Certified

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Residential/SUD: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RADT or RAC (Preferred)
- Driver's License (CA) (Required)
