About Us
GulfSouth Outdoor Living is the Southeast's Traveling Showroom for hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunges. We're growing fast and need someone who keeps things running behind the scenes so our customers and techs can do what they do best.
The Role
You're the first line of defense for service. When a customer calls with a hot tub problem, you troubleshoot it over the phone. If it can't be solved remotely, you schedule a Tier 2 technician visit and make sure the tech shows up with the right parts. You also own warranty paperwork and keep our parts inventory and warehouse organized.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound service calls and troubleshoot common hot tub/swim spa issues by phone (error codes, heating, jets, water care basics — we'll train you)
- Schedule and dispatch Tier 2 service appointments; confirm appointments with customers and techs
- File and track all manufacturer warranty claims from start to reimbursement
- Order, receive, label, and organize parts inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and accounted for
- Document every call, ticket, and part in our service system
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone presence — patient, clear, and confident with frustrated customers
- Organized to a fault — paperwork, inventory, and schedules don't slip through your cracks
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software (CRM, ticketing, inventory)
- Mechanically curious — you don't need to be a technician, but you need to want to understand how things work
- Reliable attendance — this seat has to be filled for the operation to run

Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Monday–Friday, in-office at our Alabaster, AL headquarters
- Paid training on our products and systems
