Northern Mark Communications is seeking an ambitious and people-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. Our Entry Level Sales Representative team partners with AT&T to connect customers with industry-leading telecommunications services through professional interactions and personalized customer support.
The Entry Level Sales Representative will be working with customers face-to-face, conducting sales and providing customer service for AT&T telecommunications services. Known for our commitment to professional development, leadership training, and performance-based advancement, Northern Mark Communications provides every Entry Level Sales Representative with the tools needed to build a successful career. In this role, you will represent our client, educate potential customers on available services, generate new sales, and help our client expand its customer base through meaningful customer interactions.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Conduct face-to-face sales of AT&T products and services with local consumers and provide excellent in-person customer service
- Represent our client professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Build meaningful relationships with customers on behalf of our client
- Educate customers on wireless, internet, and telecommunications solutions
- Complete new customer enrollments and sales transactions
- Maintain current knowledge of our client's promotions and service offerings
- Participate in daily training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and company goals
- Deliver outstanding service while representing our client's brand values
- Support customer acquisition efforts for our client
- Develop product knowledge to effectively communicate our client's offerings
Qualifications for an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Entry Level Sales Representative Compensation and Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Earnings: Commission-Based
- Clients & Products: Promote AT&T’s service and product offers in person within assigned territories
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
- Job Locations: Commute to the office and field locations in surrounding areas as assigned.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
