Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are a small family Buy Here Pay Here car dealership and have been in business since 1999. Hourly pay plus monthly bonuses.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Take Payments for car payments and contact customers about past due payments
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Help verify customer applications to help with underwriting of vehicles loans
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual preffered but not required to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
