12am-8am Monday-Friday Behavioral health technician at the Florida Oasis, requires having a valid drivers liscence, a the ability to pass a level two background check.
We require that you have the ability to remain calm during a crisis situation, understanding of boundaries and confidentiality (HIPPA), compassion, patience, and a non-judgental attitude, basic computer skills, familiar with kipu.
Job duties include but not limited to monitoring and supporting clients, assisting with daily living activities/transportation if applicable, observing and documenting behaviors, moods, and progress.
Implementing rules and expectations, de-escalating potential crisis situations safely and appropriately, ensure client and facility safety at all times.
Maintain a clean working environment for fellow peers and clients, stocking of food and beverages, follow daily cleaning schedule, respect of yourself and your peers.
Sleeping on the job are grounds for immediate termination
