We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper to help prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. This role is responsible for deep cleaning apartments, ensuring units are move-in ready, and maintaining high property standards.
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacant apartment units during the make ready process
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and patios/balconies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
- Clean inside appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tubs, and toilets
- Remove trash, debris, and leftover items from units
- Clean windows, mirrors, blinds, baseboards, and doors
- Report damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to management
- Assist with inventory and restocking cleaning supplies
- Ensure units meet company cleanliness and move-in standards
- Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, model units, and common areas as needed
- Previous apartment housekeeping or make ready experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete units on schedule
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and cleaning chemicals
