Johnson Controls International (JCI) is looking for a talented and detail-oriented AI Product PM with a strong focus on Agile delivery to join our team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the AI team. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.
Work closely with the team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, prioritizing features and establishing a product backlog.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive project delivery, including facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000-100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
