MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma preferred or GED
Must have a minimum of two years experience in injection molding.
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
Able to read, write and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
Able to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
Ability to perform these tasks using units of weight measurement and volume.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Remove and set up molds.
Set and adjust cycle parameters as indicated on set-up sheet.
Clean and grease production molds daily.
Report mold and machine problems.
Specify and record all down time.
Maintain a high level of communication between shifts, staff and supervisors.
Communicate pertinent information to floor people, material handlers or press tenders about jobs running or changing.
STANDARD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scientific Molding Experience is a PLUS.
Excellent Processing Skills.
Requires working in an orderly and organized manner.
Must follow Marman Industries policies and procedures.
Must follow all applicable ISO Procedures (ISO 13485 Procedures) and Work instructions.
Performed other tasks or duties as assigned.
Follow applicable company dress code.
Must follow all general safety rules
Maintain orderly storage and cleanliness of set up tools, supplies, material and equipment.
Able to work flexible hours.
Medical Plastics Experience a PLUS.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to perform all tasks in a fast pace environment.
Overtime will be required
Requires standing for long periods of time.
Frequently lifts, carries, moves and positions objects weight up to 55 pounds.
Will be required to pass a physical exam prior to start date (at the Company’s expense).

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
