- Clinical rates: $30-$35/hr (based on accumulated hours)
- Administrative work: $20/hr with a 1:5 ratio to billable hours

Position Overview
Provide individual, family, and group therapy while conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions. You'll work in a supportive, mission-driven environment serving those who served our country.
Preferred Schedule
Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
6-Month Pathway to Full-Time (Billable Hours):
- Month 1: 20-30 hours | Month 2: 45-55 hours | Month 3: 55-65 hours
- Month 4: 70-85 hours | Month 5: 85-100 hours | Month 6: 100+ hours
- Qualify for full-time benefits with 100+ hours for 2 consecutive months
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- License/Certification: Current associate registration with CA BBS (APCC, AMFT, or ACSW)
- First Registration Only: Must be working under your first associate registration number (those with subsequent registration numbers are not eligible for private practice employment)
- Location: Must be a California resident
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with veterans/military populations
- Availability for evening and weekend hours
- Veterans
