Role Overview:
As a Caregiver - Overnight at Assisting Hands Central New Jersey, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care to our clients during overnight hours. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule that fits your life and commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.

Monitor and report changes in client’s health and wellness to the caregiving team.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Implement personalized care plans that respect client choices and preferences.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following.
- Have relevant certifications such as Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).

Compassionate nature and a strong desire to help others.

Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a caregiving team.

Availability to work overnight shifts.

Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
Bonus If You:
- Possess CPR and First Aid certifications.

Have experience working with the elderly or disabled clients.
Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position, primarily available on Thursdays.
Location:
This position is on-site in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
