The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for interacting with patients and performing administrative duties. We are looking to add a receptionist to our team that has excellent organizational and administrative skills. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Assisting patients with the check-in and check-out process
- Handling and documenting patient registration forms
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing patient satisfaction
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Maintaining patient records by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information
- Scheduling patient appointments
Skills:
- Knowledge of medical office systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
