Colonial Life is seeking a motivated and driven Agency Development Manager to partner with a District Sales Manager in recruiting, training, and developing independent sales representatives throughout Miami-Dade County.

What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and mentor independent sales representatives.
- Build relationships with local business owners and community leaders.
- Meet with employers to identify opportunities to enhance their employee benefits programs.
- Present voluntary employee benefit solutions that are offered at no direct cost to the employer.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow your market.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Leadership, recruiting, or sales management experience is a plus.
- Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently while leading and developing others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $64,829.96 - $78,074.80 per year
