Job Location: Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV
Position Summary:
Dietitian Per Diem provides dietary and nutritional services to HospiceCare patients and families based on assessed needs and the established plan of care.
This role serves as a primary food and nutrition resource for the Dietary Department, supporting patient comfort, quality of life, and individualized goals of care.
Performs other related duties as required.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition required.
Minimum of two years of related professional experience required.
Current, valid WV Registered Dietitian license required.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in a typical indoor clinical environment.
Sufficient visual acuity and hearing.
Capable of managing stress, multitasking, and emotional situations while maintaining professional and compassionate demeanor.
