Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Concrete Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex concrete construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves coordinating concrete crews, managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and ensuring all phases of concrete scope are executed efficiently and safely. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale concrete projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate project teams including subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee concrete site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify accuracy and feasibility before execution.
- Utilize construction management software
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work quality, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports detailing progress, risks, costs, and schedules
- Ensure effective project coordination by managing time-sensitive tasks with precision while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
