Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Low Voltage Technician for immediate hire in the Cocoa, FL area.
· PAY: $25-$28/hour (based upon experience)
· HOURS: 8am-5pm
· SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday; approximately 40+ hours/week
· START DATE: July 15th
· DURATION: 3 weeks
Low Voltage Technician Job Description:
The Low Voltage Technician will be responsible for running cable in commercial work setting. This role involves installing and terminating low-voltage systems including AV equipment, security cameras, and other related devices.
Qualifications for Low Voltage Technician:
· Experience running low-voltage cabling in commercial settings
· Experience mounting cameras and installing AV equipment preferred
· Familiarity with terminating coax, data, and speaker wire
· Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, punch down tools, crimpers, and testers
· Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
· Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Additional Requirements for Low Voltage Technician:
· Must be eligible to work in the United States
· Must have reliable transportation to job sites in the Reno area
· PPE and tools required (including but not limited to hand tools, wire strippers, punch down tools, flashlight, etc.)
