As a Dock Representative, you will work on the docks as a coordinator between ship sales staff and the TEMSCO base. A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is required for this position – training to obtain a CDL can be provided for qualifying applicants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and gathering cruise ship guests and collecting necessary guest information in a professional and engaging manner
- Maintaining strict timelines for tour operations
- Effectively communicating with the TEMSCO management team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy and seat capacity
- Keeping accurate records of daily passenger counts with ships and management
- Safely transporting guests to and from the pickup locations on the docks, and following all laws and company driving rules
- Assisting passengers loading and unloading from helicopters
