POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President of Kirk Elliott Precious Metals is a newly created, hands-on executive leadership role with day-to-day ownership of KEPM's performance and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO of Discern Global, this leader carries that ownership while interacting heavily and partnering closely with the Discern Global CEO and the broader executive leadership team. The SVP leads the KEPM department heads as direct reports and is accountable for operations, financial stewardship, team leadership, and the client experience.
A central part of this role is to steward and protect the Discern Global vision and North Star, ensuring that everything KEPM does, across every operation and decision, remains aligned with it, and carries that direction through the KEPM team. This calls for an innovative, strategic, and creative leader who understands every aspect of the business, can translate the vision into clear plans, and has the discipline and drive to execute. Customer service and the client experience are the top priority, and the SVP sets the tone for a culture of high performance, service, and accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Client Experience: Keep customer service and the client experience as the top priority, viewing every decision through the lens of what is right for the customer and doing right by them. Continually identify innovative ways to enhance the end-to-end client experience, deepen client relationships and trust, hold the bar high for service, and protect and grow the overall brand.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, develop, and grow a team of high performers. Lead and develop department heads and new managers, set clear expectations and goals, build accountability, and strengthen the team through coaching and succession planning.
