No roofing experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and networking
- Schedule and conduct free roof inspections for homeowners
- Educate customers on roofing solutions and the insurance claims process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
- Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
