Job Overview
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of production floor tasks, including kitting, packing, labeling, picking, and counting parts. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to stay active on your feet, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform kitting, packing, labeling, and picking of parts on the production floor
- Accurately count, track, and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
- Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
- Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
- Walk, move, and remain active throughout the shift
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to lift items as required (up to 50 lbs.)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance
