Looking for compassionate, reliable, and hardworking caregivers for part and full time home to home work. WE ARE NOT A FACILITY. We schedule based off caregivers individual availability (our clients run from 6a-11p currently) but some weekend availability required from all caregivers. We offer both part and full time work but everyone must be OK with possibly only part time to start (sometimes full time hours are available right away, but I don't make financial promises as this is an ever changing field e.g. a client can go into a nursing home, pass away, etc, and full time hours will always be given first to my senior/reliable/no drama staff first. Must have physical up to date driver's license/state ID and social security card or birth certificate, be able to pass a background check, and have own reliable vehicle. 401k, bonuses, OT paid for most holidays, etc. If you are given options for an interview time slot and accept one, an invitation will follow only if that slot is not taken first by someone else (first come, first serve; if you do not recieve an invite you do not have an interview but I will reach back out to you the next time I am setting up interviews). All interviews are booked one business day in advance and all are in person. While you are applying for a Flint position all interviews are done at our office in Durand (we serve multiple different counties, we only have one office). Do not attempt to call the office to check on application status, all interactions are done through Indeed so applicants can be tracked. No shows, non confirmed interviews (which will be cancelled by confirmation deadline), and cancelled interviews are all tracked for consideration in future job postings.
