Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club has immediate openings for Line Cooks for our casual dining restaurants the Grille & Tiki Bar.
- Cooks orders per guest ticket from the server. Assists in the preparation, production, and service of food for banquet and event functions.
- Follows recipe cards and/or product specifications for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food for consumption in an eating establishment.
- Food preparation will include operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, wash, peel, cut, and shred fruits and vegetables, and trim and cut meat, poultry and fish for use. Operates a variety of kitchen equipment i.e. choppers, mixing machines, slicers, steamers, grills, etc.
The ideal candidate will have one year of cooking experience and must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays with early AM and PM availability and live within a commutable distance to Citrus County.
