Activities Director – Assisted Living Community/ Cumming, GA
We’re looking for a creative, high-energy Activities Director who can bring joy, engagement, and structure to our residents’ daily lives.
This role is perfect for someone with a bubbly, outgoing personality who loves connecting with seniors—but also understands that activities in assisted living require planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead a dynamic monthly activities calendar that meets the needs and interests of residents
- Organize group events, outings, holiday celebrations, and daily engagement programs
- Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall resident experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of participation and programming
- Ensure all activities meet state regulations and assisted living guidelines
- Prepare for and maintain survey readiness at all times

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
