Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a dynamic HRIS team. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of HR data, configuring business processes, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with Talent Acquisition and IT to improve HR technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module, strong analytical skills, and experience configuring Workday business processes in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for the Workday Recruiting module.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and resolve system errors.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within Workday Recruiting.
- Configure and support Workday business processes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams on system enhancements and projects.
- Assist with requirements gathering, design validation, system configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Perform Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass uploads and validate data accuracy.
- Research, identify, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Develop audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process documentation and end-user training materials.
- Run, schedule, automate, and distribute Workday reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data governance, and quality standards.
- Recommend and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting HRIS platforms with extensive hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes.
- Strong knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module and related upstream and downstream processes.
- Experience with Workday EIBs and mass data uploads.
- Functional knowledge of HR workstreams including Recruiting, Compensation, HR Data, Talent, and related HR functions.
- Experience working within a shared services HR environment is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting the Workday Onboarding module.
- Experience participating in enterprise HR technology implementations and enhancements.
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
