Position Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hardscape crew on residential & commercial projects
- Read plans, layouts, elevations, and grades
- Oversee installation of paver patios, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, outdoor living spaces, and related projects
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job-site operations
- Maintain high standards for workmanship and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
- Train and motivate crew members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other hardscape equipment
What We’re Looking For
We want someone with strong hardscape experience and proven leadership ability. Applicants should be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, able to solve problems in the field, and comfortable taking responsibility for a project from start to finish. A valid driver’s license is required.

Starting at $30+ per hour depending on experience
