Senior Director, FP&A | Boston (Hybrid)
Compensation- $190 -225K plus bonus, equity
We're partnering with a high-growth SaaS company looking to hire a Senior Director of FP&A to help lead the next phase of the company's growth.
This is a highly strategic role reporting directly into executive leadership, where you'll serve as the financial partner to the CEO, CFO, and Board, helping shape the company's long-term financial strategy and operational decision-making.
What you'll own:
- Lead the company's FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build scalable financial models and forecasting frameworks to support continued growth
- Develop and track key SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and unit economics
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive data-driven business decisions
- Own executive and Board reporting, translating financial performance into actionable business insights
- Support capital planning, strategic initiatives, and future financing or exit readiness
- Continue building out reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and financial planning processes as the organization scales
What they're looking for:
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience
- Strong leadership experience within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth company
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and SaaS KPIs
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to Boards
- Someone who enjoys building processes, influencing strategy, and operating in a fast-paced environment
