We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team at a reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automotive sales and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the right vehicle that meets their needs and preferences. This role requires strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and a keen understanding of the automotive market.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers through cold calling and in-person interactions to generate leads and build relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Present vehicle options, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate terms of sale effectively to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase dealership revenue.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive dealership environment.
- Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or automotive sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficiency in math for calculating financing options, trade-in values, and payment plans.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and sales processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
