Qualifications:
- Must have previous parts or estimator experience with heavy duty or trailer parts
- Ability to read estimates, repair orders, and parts diagrams
- Good computer and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment
- Knowledge of parts vendors
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Order OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and specialty parts as needed
- Verify pricing, availability, and delivery timelines with vendors
- Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage
- Match parts to repair orders and stage them for technicians
- Return incorrect, damaged, or unused parts and process credits
- Maintain accurate parts records, invoices, and purchase orders
- Communicate repair status and parts delays with service advisors and management
- Assist in maintaining inventory organization and cleanliness in the parts area
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure correct parts fitment and repair flow
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Help control parts costs and minimize repair delays
- Follow all company safety and operational procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
