At Tishbi Law Firm, APC, we are passionate about helping injured clients rebuild their lives after serious accidents. As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Demand Writer to join our Pre-Litigation team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing medical records, crafting persuasive settlement demands, and helping maximize our clients' recoveries through compelling written advocacy. We're looking for someone who doesn't just summarize medical records—we're looking for someone who can tell our clients' stories. The ideal candidate understands that a well-written demand can make a meaningful difference in the outcome of a client's case.
Responsibilities
- Draft persuasive, well-supported settlement demand letters for personal injury claims.
- Develop persuasive narratives that clearly communicate the impact of the client's injuries and support maximum case value.
- Review and analyze medical records, billing, diagnostic reports, and supporting documentation.
- Summarize liability, causation, injuries, treatment, and damages in a clear and compelling manner.
- Identify missing medical records, billing, liens, or supporting documentation needed before a demand is submitted.
- Calculate economic damages, including medical expenses, lost wages, and other recoverable damages.
- Prepare and organize complete demand packages for attorney review.
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure cases are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized case notes within CASEpeer.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience using CASEpeer.
- Experience working in a California Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and settlement negotiations.
