Duties~
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze insurance policies and determine appropriate coverage levels for clients
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims accurately and efficiently
Experience~
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for sales administration and benefits administration
- Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is advantageous
