The Administrative Services Coordinator is a multifaceted position that brings together human resources, administrative services, communications and risk management to support North Dakota Housing Finance Agency's (NDHFA's) team members, managers and housing partners and help fulfil NDHFA's mission of making housing affordable for all North Dakotans.
This new Administrative Services Coordinator position will work directly with the Administrative Services Director to perform the agency's human resources functions and to provide oversight of administrative services, communications and risk management operations.
Key Job Duties

Human Resources: Assist with administration and continuous improvement of the agency's HR programs, policies, and practices.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment activities from developing job announcements and supporting the application process to onboarding new hires.

Support Employees and Managers: Serve as a resource to employees and managers on workplace policies, performance management and other HR matters.
- Risk Management and Safety: Support agency risk management including incident reporting, workers' compensation, safety training, and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate Administrative Services: Help oversee day-to-day administrative operations including facilities, procurement, records management and operational improvements.

Support Strategic Communications: Assist with internal and external communications, including website and social media content, agency materials, and organizational messaging.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must have four years of professional-level experience in the core areas of responsibility, including human resources, communications, and office management, as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, human resources, organizational leadership, communications, or a closely related field.
The successful candidate must also complete the interview process, reference checks, and a background check.
Hiring Range: $5,500-$7,000 monthly
