Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability
- Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations with accuracy
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and performance
- Coordinate scheduling and shift management to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to boost sales and store visibility
- Maintain organized bookkeeping records, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks with precision
- Develop effective pricing strategies and manage retail math calculations for profit optimization
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, store policies, and customer service protocols
- Foster a positive team environment through strong communication skills and leadership in supervising experience
Experience
- Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience within a retail setting is essential
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales management, inventory management, and merchandising
- Strong background in employee recruitment, interviewing, training & development, and team leadership
- Skilled in POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math
- Experience with retail stores or similar high-volume retail environments is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong visual backround required
