Compensation
- Salary: $85,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience and clinical expertise
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $1,000 relocation allowance
- Performance-based bonus: $5,000–$15,000 annually, no cap

Clinical Environment

Position Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Passion for helping children and families thrive.
- Enjoys collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to support whole-child care.
- Commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
- Strong communication skills with children, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of pediatric occupational therapy.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory, and behavioral needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving independence, participation, and quality of life.
- Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions that motivate children while targeting meaningful goals.
- Educate and partner with families through home programs and practical strategies.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, Counselors, Psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in co-treatment opportunities when appropriate.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Supervise and mentor COTAs and occupational therapy students.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in 30-day installments. Employees who voluntarily leave employment or are terminated for cause before completing 12 months of employment may be required to repay a prorated portion of the bonus. Subject to the terms of the signed Sign-On Bonus Agreement.
