At Jacksonville Prosperity, we partner with mission-driven organizations to help expand community awareness, strengthen donor relationships, and drive meaningful results through in-person outreach. We’re currently hiring a Community Outreach & Events Associate to join our growing team.
In this entry-level role, you’ll represent nonprofit causes at live events and community campaigns throughout the Jacksonville area. You’ll engage directly with the public, share important mission-focused messaging, and help supporters take action through donations and program participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with community members at local outreach events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
- Educate the public on our nonprofit partners programs, goals, and community impact
- Assist individuals with donations, sign-ups, and supporter enrollment
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for every interaction
- Help with event setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination
- Learn campaign strategy, customer engagement, and communication skills
