We’re excited to announce the opening of our new Studio Cottage Grove, coming this September! We are currently hiring qualified Front Desk Sales Associates to join our fun, high-energy, service-focused environment.
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in helping members and prospective members reach their fitness goals while building meaningful connections within our studio community. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive new membership sales, welcome new members, and help create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
The Front Desk Sales Associate assists the General Manager with new membership sales, lead generation, follow-up, and member retention. This position is responsible for bringing prospective members into the studio, booking Intro/Demo Classes, developing relationships, and helping current members stay engaged with the studio community.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing memberships.
- Conduct tours of the facility while building genuine relationships and identifying each individual's fitness needs and goals.
- Present available memberships, services, and programs to current and prospective members.
- Book prospective members into Intro/Demo Classes and follow up to help convert leads into members.
- Assist with establishing strong relationships with new members and maintaining positive relationships with existing members.
- Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events to promote the studio.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the studio and merchandise areas.
- Emphasize and uphold the studio's commitment to being a leading fitness and wellness provider.
- Take ownership of developing and improving sales skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and via email
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Weekday and evening availability
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
