Work-Life Balance That’s Hard to Find in Pharmacy

Who We Serve
We provide pharmacy services to individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout Utah and Nevada, including those with Autism, Down Syndrome, Prader–Willi Syndrome, and other complex support needs.
Our workflow uses advanced robotics and compliance-packaging systems, which allows for accuracy, efficiency, and a low-stress production environment.
What You Will Do (Real Job Duties, No Surprises)
You’ll be fully cross-trained and rotate responsibilities so the work stays engaging and balanced. Core tasks include:
- Prescription data entry and verification support
- Electronic processing with a focus on accuracy and clean claims
- Troubleshooting insurance rejects and workflow bottlenecks
- Precise medication selection, counting, and dosing
- Inventory management, labeling, and stock control
- Production using Parata ATP2, Parata InspectRx, and other automated systems
- Standard administrative and record-keeping duties
- Supporting controlled-substance, security, and quality protocols

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a pharmacy technician (community or closed-door experience both welcome)
- Comfort with medications, dosages, law, workflow, and terminology
- Solid communication and teamwork
- Strong accuracy and organizational skills
- Current Utah pharmacy technician license
