Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation practices
- Ability to assist in banquet setups and bussing duties
Responsibilities
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including wine selections, to enhance guest experience.
- You will work directly with the chefs to ensure a smooth flow of food and timing of food to your tables.
- You will report to your server and help them ensure a 5-Star guest experience for all the tables you interact with.
