Housekeeper & Guest Services – Tiny Home Resort

We are looking for a dependable, highly detail-oriented Housekeeper & Guest Services Team Member to join our beautiful 10-villa resort.
Because we are a small property with only 10 villas, this is a hands-on position that combines housekeeping, property inspections, stocking, and light guest services. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating exceptionally clean, guest-ready spaces and enjoys helping guests have a great stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare our tiny-home villas between guest stays
- Inspect villas to ensure they are 100% guest-ready before check-in
- Restock linens, toiletries, amenities, and other guest supplies
- Identify and report maintenance or housekeeping issues
- Help keep common areas and the overall property clean and organized
- Assist guests with check-in and basic questions during the evening arrival period
- Use a company side-by-side/UTV to travel between villas and around the property
- Complete housekeeping and inspection checklists and ensure our quality standards are consistently met
Applicants must be able to consistently work with the shift that will be provided. The later hours are important because this position also helps support arriving guests and ensures villas are ready for check-in.
Physical Requirements
Our property is located on mountainous terrain and has a significant number of stairs. Team members must be comfortable:
- Walking and climbing stairs throughout the shift
- Carrying linens, supplies, and housekeeping equipment
- Being on their feet for extended periods
- Driving a side-by-side/UTV around the property
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Dependable and punctual
- Experienced in housekeeping, hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, or similar work
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
- Someone who notices the little things and takes pride in making a space look perfect
- Comfortable working in a small hospitality environment where everyone helps wherever needed
