BIGGBY Coffee is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will create high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, teas, and other menu items according to BIGGBY Coffee standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$15.00 per hour, plus Tips.
