As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, highly professional Injector / Laser Technician who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and advanced treatment outcomes.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced aesthetic provider proficient in:
- Neurotoxins
- Facial contouring and dermal filler artistry
- Advanced laser procedures
- RF microneedling
- IPL and skin rejuvenation technologies
- Ablative laser resurfacing procedures
- Comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Medical-grade skincare recommendations and treatment planning
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin health, consultation-based selling, and patient education while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct comprehensive facial and skin assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Perform advanced laser and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Educate patients on skincare, treatment expectations, pre/post care, and long-term maintenance
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages aligned with RenewMD offerings
- Maintain accurate and timely charting/documentation
- Uphold all HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality expectations
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional chairside manner and results
- Collaborate with leadership to support continued growth of the business
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN, NP, or applicable licensure/certification required
- Previous experience in aesthetics, injectables, and laser technologies strongly preferred
- Experience performing ablative laser procedures preferred
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Understanding of aesthetic skincare and medical-grade product recommendations
- Exceptional communication and patient relationship skills
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety
- Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and HIPAA compliance
