Bartender / Server
Dawat Indian Cuisine is seeking an energetic and hospitality-focused Bartender / Server to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working both behind the bar and on the dining room floor, providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Compensation: Estimated earnings of $17–$25 per hour including tips. Base tipped wage is $11.35 per hour plus tips.
Job Type

- 20–40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly and attentive table service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, cocktails, beer, wine, and daily specials
- Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining room
- Assist teammates during busy service periods
- Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Bartending experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
