$15.00 an hour +$1 for every delivery +tips (tips usually average ~$5 per delivery). Tuesday and Thursday average with tips and $1 delivery charge is roughly $20-$25 an hour. On a busy Friday it could be $35+ and hour.
Delivery driver needed for a popular family owned mom and pop pizza shop. We are traditional New England style pizza shop providing almost 30 years of service to our community. We are looking for someone to work alongside our family part time.
Shifts will be Monday (4pm-9pm), Thursday (4pm-9pm), and Friday (4pm-10pm). Potential for additional days or as needed basis. We are closed for all major Holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver items in a timely manner.
- Miscellaneous (stocking soda machine, cleaning pizza pans, making pizza boxes, cleaning at the end of the night).
- Answering phones and taking orders.
- Cashing out customers (as needed).
Qualifications
- Provide a great experience to our customers.
- Self Starter with a positive attitude.
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. (occasionally)
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
