This individual will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the administrative team members by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Accomplish special projects as assigned with exceptional attention to detail and timelines.

Assist with preparing of daily/weekly/monthly reports for Administrative team.

Assist all members of the administrative team with miscellaneous responsibilities.

Lead on purchasing of uniforms and office, cleaning, and breakroom supplies for all offices.

Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.

Update and maintain databases and electronic files.
-
Type/disburse documents, reports, and correspondence.
-
Unpack and reconcile orders and deliveries
-
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
-
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Perform other duties as assigned.
About the Candidate
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Bachelors’ degree preferred in Business Administration, or related field.
