AMP Performance Rehab is one of Northern New Jersey's fastest-growing OON/cash-based, performance-driven PT practices, built for active adults and athletes. Founded in 2018 on a simple belief: active adults deserve better than the assembly-line PT model - multiple patients at once, a tech running the session, and care that stops at "you're out of pain" instead of building the strength and capacity to stay active for decades.

Role
We're hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants to specialize in an active, athletic population - runners, lifters, gym-goers, golfers, hikers, pickleball players - and wants a real path to grow, not just a job. You'll treat a full caseload 1-on-1, no aides, no double-booking, and no productivity quotas.

Key Responsibilities
- Treat a full caseload of active adults and athletes, 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions
- Use our performance-based evaluation framework, including VALD tech, to assess and build the strength and capacity patients need to stay active for the long term
- Take patients beyond pain relief into real performance work, not just symptom management
- Build patient relationships that lead to plan-of-care buy-in and referrals
- Work independently while collaborating with a small, high-performing team that's actively growing
Position Requirements
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
- 1-5 years of clinical experience
- Fitness-forward with a strong exercise, strength, and conditioning background
- Strong communicator
- Experience or strong interest in sports, performance rehab, and strength and conditioning
