Our client, a frontrunner in the automotive parts industry, is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Simi Valley, CA. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standard of customer service that our client is renowned for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our clients by efficiently answering phone calls, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, providing clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.
- Manage the processing of product samples to clients, aiding in their purchasing decisions.
Position Requirements:
- Candidates must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute and complete a writing sample to demonstrate communication prowess.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective customer interactions.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Solid computer skills are required to navigate our systems and efficiently handle customer requests.

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- $20.00 to $22.00
