We are hiring experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Inspects vehicle for collision related damage
-Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE
-Work with DRP and Non-DRP insurance partners and follow proper procedures
-Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
-Manage repair timelines and ensure quality and efficiency
-Performs customer follow-ups as necessary.
-Performs related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
-2+ years of experience as an Auto Body Estimator
-Experience with top major DRP's and insurance companies.
-Tesla estimating experience strongly preferred
-Bilingual (English-Spanish) or (English-Vietnamese) preferred
-Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
-Highly capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
-Self-starter and able to work independently
